About the Terms and Conditions of Loyal World Group.

Exchange is valid only within 7 days from the date of purchase between 11am to 7pm on all days of the week.

For Exchange or Claim, it is mandatory to have the product inspected with its original cash memo and to return the products to our store, upon approval of the exchange/claim.

Return of merchandise will only be accepted if the product is in an undamaged or saleable condition.

Credit Note is valid for 10 days from date of issue and can only be redeemed in full.

The decision of Loyal World Market will be considered final in all cases.

All disputes subject to local jurisdiction.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons including product unavailability, payment issues, incorrect address, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

2. Refunds

If you cancel an eligible order, the refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

For Pay on Delivery (POD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.

No cash refunds will be issued by the store once purchase has been made.

3. Return & Replacement

Perishable grocery items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.) are not eligible for return once delivered.

If you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong product, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Non-perishable items (packaged goods) may be eligible for return subject to inspection.

Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver groceries within selected cities/areas in India.

Availability of delivery is shown at checkout based on your pin code.

2.Delivery Timelines

Orders placed before the daily cut-off time are usually delivered on the same day or next day, depending on slot availability.

Unexpected delays due to traffic, weather, or operational issues may occur, and we will notify you in such cases.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.

Free delivery may be offered on orders above a certain value, subject to promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order ID and estimated delivery time.

You can track your order status within the app/website.

5. Non-Availability

In case certain items are not available at the time of order processing, we may substitute them with a similar product (with your consent) or issue a refund to your original payment method.
